By using UploadReady you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

UploadReady offers free tools to compress and split PDF files. The tools run in your browser. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

Your responsibility

• Only process files you have the right to use.
• Check the result before you submit it anywhere. Make sure it is complete, readable and meets the requirements of the site you upload to.
• Upload limits mentioned on UploadReady are common examples, not official requirements. Always check the exact limit on the site you are using.
• Keep a copy of your original file. UploadReady never changes your original, but you are responsible for your own backups.

No affiliation

UploadReady is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to USCIS, any court, government agency, employer, job board or PDF software company. Names of organizations are used only to describe what our tools can help with.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make them reliable, but we can't guarantee that every file will process correctly or that a result will be accepted by a particular website.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, UploadReady is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage, such as a missed deadline, a rejected application or lost data, arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Acceptable use

Don't use UploadReady to break the law, to infringe on someone else's rights, or to disrupt the site, for example by trying to overload or copy it automatically.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you use UploadReady as a consumer, you also keep the protections of the consumer law in your own country.
